As an HTD, you have many responsibilities, They are as follows but not limited to; Training new TD's, When Trained to do so, Helping TD's or HTD's with tourney's ei. Questions they may have, And assist with any problems that may occur, Running a tourney if you are asked too which includes addying for it, Running tourneys if the host doesn't show up. Making your self available when possible on yahoo when online so u may be called upon to assist or answer questions. As a HTD for monopoly Rules League You will also have and be responsible for a certain job as listed below. (But Not Limited To)

1CrzyHTD: AM HTD;
-Recruit and train AM TD's, Responsible to acquire and assist AM TD's,

           -Keep the AM TD's Hosting, keep the am tourneys going.

DaPlayaHTD: Recruiting of new League members:
            -Will assist new members with registration, Addying to get new members,
            -Ideas to bring in new members, Assist new members in understanding League Rules and Game Specific Rules.

LadyHTD: Monitoring of TD's inactivity:
                -Keeping track of how long the inactivity of a TD is,
                -Reminding TD's to host the required 2 tourneys a week, To find out the reason as to why they have not or cant host.

Marvsgirl_HTD: New Game Rules:
               -To design, Develop & Test new game rules.
               -To assist and encourage league members and TD's to submit all idea's for new game rules.

prisssyHTD: The league newsletter & emails:
            -Is responsible to design and develop the League newsletters & emails,

            -Gathering of League news and information, responsible to keep all League members informed of upcoming events & any changes taking place in the League.
            -Sending out reminders to TD/HTD's of League rules.

rccola25HTD: Goodwill Ambassador:
              -Send Greetings, Get Well, Happy Birthday & Anniversary cards or
email to league members and TD/HTD's.
             -Cheering up any one that needs it. Making new members feel welcome.

sueorjimHTD: Recruiting of new TD's:
             -Addying for new TD's, Assisting them in filling out the Application,
             -Developing new recruiting ideas, Answer any questions a new recruit may have in regards to what their responsibilities would be as a TD.

natureboyHTD: New tournament styles:
                -Design, Develope & Test new tourney styles and ideas. Assist any TD/HTD that would like to set up a special tourney.
               -Answer any Questions they may have in regards to their special event Ei; How to create them, addy the event, Set up the design of the tourney page.

tiggHTD: Mediator for TD's:
               -Mediate any TD disputes, Listen when a TD needs to vent, discuss and try to resolve disputes between TD's,
             -Make sugestions as to how to deal with the issue, Direct them as to where to go to get the assistance they may need,
             -Offer different solutions for the issue.

A reminder from me to all of you. I want you all to know that with out you this
league would not be what it is and that's a GREAT League. That you all are doing
a suburb job and are a valued member of Monopoly Rules League.
